KAMA Holdings ka Board ne approval de diya hai ki woh SRF Limited ki 3% tak paid-up share capital sell karenge. Ye sale March 31, 2027 tak poora ho jayega. Asli twist ye hai ki agar ye 3% stake sell ho gaya, toh KAMA ka SRF mein ownership 50% threshold ke neeche chala jayega, jo ki control aur accounting ke liye bohot important hai.
SRF: KAMA Holdings Ka Asli Paisa!
Chalo ye samajhte hain ki SRF hi KAMA Holdings ka poora business hai. Last financial year mein, SRF ne KAMA Holdings ka 99.51% consolidated turnover aur 87.50% net worth generate kiya tha. Iska matlab KAMA Holdings basically SRF ke performance par hi depend karta hai.
Agar 50% Se Kam Hua Toh Accounting Mein Kya Badalega?
Agar KAMA ka SRF mein stake 50% se kam ho jaata hai, toh company ko apne financial statements banane ka tareeka badalna padega. Abhi woh SRF ke poore revenues aur expenses ko apne accounts mein dikhate hain (consolidated financials). Lekin 50% se kam stake hone par, unko equity method of accounting use karna padega. Jismein woh sirf SRF ke profit ya loss ka apna share report karenge. Is badlav se KAMA Holdings ke reported earnings, revenue figures aur balance sheet mein changes aa sakte hain.
Company ne sale ke exact reasons nahi bataye hain, par ho sakta hai ki unko financial flexibility chahiye ho ya kisi aur jagah invest karna ho.
Is change ka sabse bada risk ye hai ki KAMA Holdings ke reported earnings mein volatility aa sakti hai aur investors ko company ko evaluate karne mein naya angle dekhna padega. SRF ki performance par nazar rakho!
