To suno, India ek dum full power mein hai apni manufacturing ko global level par le jaane ke liye. Goal hai ki quality ekdum zabardast ho, taaki sabhi desh hamare products par bharosa karein. Consumer Affairs Secretary Nidhi Khare bhi is par zor de rahi hain. Par bhai, reality thodi alag hai. Jo exporters maal bahar bhejte hain, unko do badi samasyaon ne gher rakha hai.

Pehli toh ye ki, jo Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) ka certificate hamare yahaan chalta hai na, woh America, Europe, Japan jaise bade markets mein seedha kabul nahi hota. Unki apni alag maang hai - UL, CE marking, ya JIS standards. Iske chakkar mein exporters ko alag se approval lena padta hai, jisme paisa bhi lagta hai aur time bhi barbaad hota hai. Industry waale, jaise PHDCCI, keh rahe hain ki BIS ko international level par accept karwayein toh baat bane. Ek UL ke saath agreement hua hai, par abhi pura system set nahi hua.

Doosri badi mushkil hai testing mein lagne wala time. Koi bhi product test hone mein 3 se 4 mahine lag jaate hain. Aur upar se, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) ke according, testing facilities bhi itni zyada nahi hain ki sabka kaam jaldi ho jaye. Jab tak product test hoga, tab tak competitor aage nikal jaate hain. EU jaise log toh ab Digital Product Passport bhi maang rahe hain, jisse cheezein aur complicated ho gayi hain.

Ye sab reasons hain ki itni koshishon ke baad bhi, India ka global manufacturing export mein share pichle 10 saal se bas 1.8% par atka hua hai. Manufacturing output toh 4.26% badh gaya hai, par export mein woh magic nahi dikh raha. Kuch log toh yeh bhi keh rahe hain ki sirf rules follow karne par dhyaan dene se asal quality ka focus hat sakta hai.

Aur toh aur, parts par high import tax aur dusre administrative hurdles bhi lagte hain, jisse hamare products mehange ho jaate hain. Government ka target hai ki manufacturing GDP ka 25% ho jaaye 2035 tak, par jab tak ye standards aur testing ke issues solve nahi honge, global supply chains mein ekdum fit baithna mushkil hai. Agar BIS ko internationally recognise nahi karwaya toh global integration slow ho jayega.
