India Budget 2026: Manufacturing Sector ko Mila Full Power!
Overview

Budget 2026-27 aa gaya hai, aur is baar government ne manufacturing sector ko ek tagda boost dene ka plan banaya hai. Bol rahe hain ki capital expenditure ko badha kar **₹12.2 lakh crore** kar diya gaya hai, saath hi alag alag sectors ke liye khaas policies aur financial reforms bhi laaye hain taaki India mein 'Make in India' aur bhi mazboot ho sake.

Aise samjho, yeh budget sirf paisa kharch karne ka plan nahi hai, balki India ko global manufacturing mein aur bhi strong banane ki strategy hai. Global market mein jo tensions chal rahi hain, uske beech apni domestic production badhana bahut zaroori hai. Isliye government ne public capex (yaani government dwara kiya jaane wala kharcha) ko badha kar ₹12.2 lakh crore kar diya hai, jo pichhle saal ke ₹11.21 lakh crore se kaafi zyada hai. Yeh sirf numbers nahi, yeh manufacturing ko ek naya credibility dene ka tareeka hai.

Kaunse Sectors ko Milega Zyada Support?

Government ne kuch khaas industries par focus kiya hai jahan India mein aur development ki need hai:

  • Biopharma: Is sector ke liye 'Biopharma SHAKTI' naam se ek special initiative launch ki gayi hai, jismein ₹10,000 crore paanch saal mein invest kiye jayenge. Yeh naye medicines aur biologics banane mein help karega.
  • Semiconductors & Electronics: India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) ko ab ISM 2.0 bana diya gaya hai, jismein ab sirf fabrication nahi, balki equipment, materials aur design ko bhi cover kiya jayega. Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme ke liye bhi paisa badhaya gaya hai taaki hum global supply chains mein zyada participate kar saken aur import kam ho.
  • Textiles: Kapda udyog ko bhi modern banaya ja raha hai, jismein fibres se lekar sustainability tak sab cover hoga. Isse desh mein rozgar bhi badhega aur exports bhi.

Infrastructure aur Advanced Manufacturing ka Blend

Yeh budget sirf finished products par nahi, balki unko banane ke liye zaroori cheezon par bhi focus kar raha hai. Jaise ki hi-tech tool rooms, construction aur infrastructure mein use hone wale equipment, aur container manufacturing. Freight corridors, waterways aur coastal shipping jaise infrastructure ko behtar banaya ja raha hai taaki logistics cost kam ho.

Chhote Manufacturers ke Liye Bhi Sahara

Jo chhote aur medium manufacturers hain, unki sabse badi problem hoti hai working capital ki. Uske liye TReDS (Trade Receivables Discounting System) jaise platforms ko mazboot kiya ja raha hai, credit guarantees aur securitization ke through unhe paisa aasani se milega. Isse unki cash cycle speed up hogi aur woh technology mein invest kar paayenge.

Global Competition aur Future

India ka manufacturing sector pehle se kafi develop hua hai, especially electronics mein. Global Innovation Index mein bhi India ki ranking sudhri hai. Lekin abhi bhi innovation ko bade scale par production mein badalne ki need hai. Global market mein jo challenges hain, unko dekhte hue ek strong domestic manufacturing base banana bahut zaroori hai. Budget 2026 issi direction mein ek bada kadam hai.
