Company ne kuch strategic moves bhi kiye hain. March mein 60% equity EMS Industries Private Limited ki ₹7.75 Crore mein khareed li hai. Iske baad company ke business segments bhi badal gaye hain. Ab woh infrastructure projects aur flex sheets & paper products banate hain.

Plus, company ne "EMS NIPL JV" naam se ek joint venture bhi shuru kiya hai Kolkata mein River Adi Ganga ko saaf karne ke liye. Yeh pollution abatement wala project hai, jo ek naya growth area ho sakta hai.
