Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. ne 31 March, 2026 ko khatam hue Q4 ke liye apne financials reveal kiye hain. Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) ₹3,023 Crore se 9.4% badh kar ₹3,308.30 Crore par pahunch gaya. Aur revenue ki baat karein toh woh 26.5% tez ho kar ₹10,737.58 Crore ho gaya. Company ka EBITDA bhi 20.3% badh kar ₹6,020 Crore ho gaya hai, aur margin bhi mast 56% ke aas-paas maintain kiya hai.

Full-year EBITDA bhi 20.1% badh kar ₹22,851 Crore raha. FY26 ke liye PAT 15.6% badh kar ₹12,782 Crore hua jabki FY25 mein yeh ₹11,061 Crore tha. Iss financial strength ko dikhate hue, Board of Directors ne FY26 ke liye ₹7.50 per equity share ka dividend recommend kiya hai. Bas shareholders ki approval ka intezar hai.
