Ab purana government-chalao ITI model side mein jayega aur ek naya 'hub-and-spoke' model aayega jismein private companies lead lengi. Is model mein SPV banega jismein 51% industry ka stake hoga aur 49% government ka. Target ye hai ki technical training latest technology ke saath update rahe.
