JSW Energy ne Toshiba JSW Power Systems Pvt Ltd (TJPS) mein Toshiba Corporation se aur shares khareedne ka agreement kiya hai. Is deal ke baad TJPS mein JSW Energy ka stake 4.6% se badh kar 20.7% ho jayega. Yeh deal ₹150 Crore ki hai aur agar sab conditions poori hui toh mid-June 2026 tak complete ho jayegi.
Critical Equipment ki Supply Secure
TJPS ek joint venture hai jismein Toshiba, JSW Steel, aur JSW Energy involved hain. Yeh company thermal power plants ke liye supercritical steam turbines aur generators design, build aur service karti hai. JSW Energy is khareed ko steam turbine generators access karne ka ek important move maan rahi hai. Company ko umeed hai ki isse supply chain aur reliable banegi aur unki current thermal capacity growth ko better support milega.
Capacity Badhane ka Target
Abhi JSW Energy ke paas 5,658 MW thermal power capacity hai. Company ka target hai ki fiscal year 2030 tak unki total generation capacity 30 GW ho jaye. Is transaction se unke aane wale thermal projects ko strength milegi aur crucial thermal equipment obtain karne ke risks kam honge. TJPS ke Chennai plant mein 1,000 MW tak ke supercritical aur ultra-supercritical steam turbine generators banaye ja sakte hain.
Is share purchase ke baad, TJPS mein JSW Energy ka non-diluted ownership 20.7% ho jayega aur fully diluted stake 10.7% tak pahunch jayega. Mangalwar ko NSE par JSW Energy ke shares ₹533.15 par close hue, jo pichhli session se 0.77% zyada tha.
