Zydus Lifesciences ne March 2026 ko khatam hue Q4 ke liye ₹1,272 crore ka consolidated net profit report kiya hai. Ye pichle saal se 8.7% zyada hai, bhale hi company ne Mirabegron litigation settle karne ke liye ₹397.5 crore kharch kiye. Shareholders ko reward karne aur future par confidence dikhane ke liye, Zydus Lifesciences ke board ne ₹1,100 crore tak ke share buyback program ko approve kiya hai. Indian Formulations ne Pharmaceutical Segment mein lead kiya

Overall pharmaceuticals business ne 3.1% revenue growth se ₹5,776 crore kamaye. Indian formulations segment mein 14% ka expansion dekha gaya, khaas kar oncology aur nephrology jaisi chronic therapies mein. North America formulations business, jo total revenue ka 40% hai, mein 6% year-on-year decline hua, lekin sequential basis par 5% increase dikhaya, jo market stabilization ka ishara hai.

Full-Year Financials aur Growth ke liye Investment

Full fiscal year 2026 ke liye, Zydus Lifesciences ne product sales revenue mein 18% ka rise record kiya, jo ₹26,718 crore pahunch gaya. Consolidated net profit 11% badh kar ₹5,040 crore ho gaya, ya exceptional items adjust karne ke baad 15% badh kar ₹5,456 crore. EBITDA 20% badh kar ₹8,475 crore ho gaya, jismein EBITDA margin 31.2% tak improve hua.
