Dosto, India mein chemists ne ekdum se sab dukaan band karke nation-wide strike kar diya hai aaj, May 20 ko. Ye sab online medicine bechne walon aur e-pharmacies ke badhte hue scene se pareshan hain.
All India Organisation of Chemists & Druggists (AIOCD) ne Prime Minister Narendra Modi ko ek detailed memo bhi diya hai jismein unhone apni saari problems batai hain.
Sabse badi complaint: Ye online platforms aur quick-commerce waale bina proper check kiye medicines bech aur deliver kar rahe hain. AIOCD ka kehna hai ki ye log bina prescription ke dawaaen de rahe hain, jisse patient safety aur public health ko serious risk hai.
Unfair Competition aur Price War
AIOCD ne ye bhi bataya ki kaise e-pharmacies aggressive deep discounting kar rahe hain. Unka kehna hai ki isse chote, local chemists ko nuksaan ho raha hai, aur market mein unfair competition ho gaya hai.
Ye chemists government se bol rahe hain ki GSR 817(E) aur GSR 220(E) regulations ko withdraw karein, kyunki unko lagta hai ki online medicine services aur quick commerce companies inka galat fayda utha rahi hain.
Stronger Oversight ki Zaroorat
Association ka kehna hai ki current rules kaafi nahi hain medicine distribution mein galatiyan rokne ke liye. Strike ka impact alag-alag states mein vary kar raha hai, kuch dukaan khuli bhi hain. Lekin main goal toh yehi hai ki central government e-pharmacies par tighter controls lagaye aur traditional chemists ki problems solve kare.
