Revenue aur Profit mein Dhamakedaar Badhotri

Hospital group ne operational revenue mein 18.10% ka izafa record kiya, jo pichle saal ke ₹5,592 Crore se badhkar ₹6,606 Crore ho gaya. Profit after tax (PAT) bhi 35.60% badhkar ₹529 Crore ho gaya, jo pichle saal ₹390 Crore tha. Ebitda bhi 31% badhkar ₹1,010 Crore ho gaya.

Dividend aur Company Restructuring

Sirf results hi nahi, board ne ₹10 per equity share ka final dividend bhi propose kiya hai FY2025-26 ke liye, bas shareholders ki approval chahiye. Record date 14th August, 2026 hai.

Iske alawa, company ne apne subsidiary, Apollo Hospitals North Limited, ko parent company mein merge karne ki bhi approval de di hai. Aur ek badi khabar yeh hai ki Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited (AHLL) apne stakes Apollo Specialty Hospitals Private Limited aur Apollo Fertility Centre Private Limited mein se Kids Clinic India Limited ko ₹1,550 Crore mein sell karegi. Is deal se India mein ek leading maternity aur fertility care platform banane ka plan hai.
