Apollo Hospitals ke Q4 Results ne kiya dhamaka!

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise ne FY26 ke March quarter mein zabardast performance dikhai hai. Net Profit saal-dar-saal 36% badh kar ₹529 crore ho gaya. Aur revenue ki baat karein toh woh bhi 18% badhkar ₹6,605 crore tak pahunch gaya. Ye growth hospital, diagnostics, aur digital health services sabhi mein dikhi hai. Poore FY26 ki baat karein toh total revenue ₹25,229 crore raha (jo pichhle saal se 16% zyada hai) aur Net Profit 34% badh kar ₹1,942 crore ho gaya.

Fertility Services ki Cloudnine ke saath deal!

Ek badi strategic move mein, Apollo Hospitals ke board ne apne fertility business, Apollo Cradle & Fertility ko Cloudnine ke saath merge karne ki manzoori de di hai. Abhi CCI (Competition Commission of India) se approval milna baaki hai. Is deal ka target hai maternity aur fertility care market mein ek dominant player banana. Ye transaction lagbhag ₹1,550 crore ka hai, jisme cash aur 9.9% stake bhi shaamil hai Apollo Hospitals ke liye. Yeh healthcare sector mein badhti hui consolidation trend ko dikhata hai.

Operations aur Digital Health mein bhi dum!

Company ne bataya ki unke hospital units ke EBITDA margin bhi Sudhre hain, jo Q4FY26 mein 25.5% rahe (pichhle saal isi quarter mein 24.4% the). Online business operations bhi zyada efficient ho gaye hain. Apollo HealthCo, jo ki digital health division hai, uska revenue FY26 mein 19% badha aur ₹324 crore ka Net Profit kamaya. Retail healthcare aur diagnostics waali unit, Apollo Health and Lifestyle, ne bhi 20% revenue growth dikhaya aur losses kam kiye. Pharmacy aur digital health businesses ko alag se list karne ka plan hai Q4 FY27 tak.

Valuation aur Sector ka Outlook

Filhaal, Apollo Hospitals ka P/E ratio lagbhag 64.49 hai, jo sector average se kaafi zyada hai. Iska P/B ratio 12.03 hai. Itna high valuation hone ke bawajood, analysts ka kehna hai ki stock mein abhi aur upside potential hai ('Strong Buy' rating hai). Indian healthcare sector bhi aage chal kar kaafi grow karne wala hai, 2026 tak $610 billion se bhi zyada ka ho jayega.

Valuation aur Integration ke Challenges

Bhale hi growth acchi hai, lekin Apollo Hospitals ka valuation kaafi high hai, jo thoda chinta ka vishay ho sakta hai. Competition badhne aur digital health projects mein bade investments ki wajah se profitability par pressure aa sakta hai. Fertility units ka successful integration aur synergies ka realize hona is merger ke liye bahut zaroori hoga.
