Overview

Power Grid Corporation of India ki investment committee ne ₹914 crore ke cold spare transformers aur reactors khareedne ke proposals approve kiye hain. Ye khareedi 30 mahine mein implement hogi. Company ke recent results mein September quarter net profit mein 6% ki girawat aayi, jiske karan share price bhi gira.

Major Equipment Procurement Approved

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. ki Committee of Directors on Investment on Projects ne ₹914 crore ke investment proposals manzoor kiye hain. Ye paisa critical cold spare transformers aur reactors khareedne ke liye hai. 20 January ko hui meeting mein yeh faisla liya gaya, jisse company ki infrastructure capabilities badhane mein madad milegi.

Regional Project Approvals

Approved investment mein kai key regional projects shamil hain. ₹401.88 crore Western Regional Power Committee (WRPC) ki 51st meeting ke mutabik procurement ke liye diye jayenge. Aur ₹166.33 crore North Eastern Regional Power Committee (NERPC) ki 28th meeting mein approve hue projects ke liye hain. Iske alawa, ₹345.78 crore Southern Regional Power Committee (SRPC) ki 53rd meeting mein approve initiatives ke liye diye gaye hain. Ye projects approval ke 30 mahine ke andar poori tarah implement ho jayenge.

Financial Performance and Market Reaction

Ye bada capital expenditure aise samay mein ho raha hai jab Power Grid ek challenging financial period se guzar raha hai. Company ne September quarter mein net profit mein 6% ki girawat report ki, jo pichhle saal ₹3,793 crore se kam hokar ₹3,566 crore ho gaya, aur yeh analysts ke anumanon se kam tha. Jabki revenue mein 1.8% ki halki badhotri hokar ₹11,476 crore ho gaya, lekin overall profit figures ne investor sentiment par asar dala. Iska nateeja yeh hua ki PowerGrid shares mangalwar ko ₹254.50 par trade kar rahe the, jo pichhle band se 1.22% ya ₹3.15 ki kami darshata hai.
