Yeh ₹1,447 Crore ka mamla Chhattisgarh ke Water Resources Division ne nikala hai JSW Mahanadi Power ke liye. Lekin company ka kehna hai ki yeh demand valid nahi hai, khaas kar jab unka resolution plan NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) Hyderabad ne February 2025 mein approve kiya tha. Is approval mein saaf kaha gaya tha ki resolution plan approve hone tak saari liabilities extinguish ho gayi hain. Issi NCLT order ka reference dekar JSW Energy ne Chhattisgarh High Court mein is notice ko challenge kiya hai. Company ne yeh bhi bataya hai ki resolution plan implement hone ke baad se woh regularly water charges pay kar rahe hain.

Q3 Mein Toofani Performance!

Ab baat karte hain company ke financial results ki, jo kaafi zabardast rahe! JSW Energy ka Q3 FY26 mein net profit 2.5 guna badhkar ₹420 Crore ho gaya hai, jo pichhle saal issi quarter mein ₹168 Crore tha. Yeh growth power generation badhane aur naye acquired assets ke kaaran hui hai. Company ka revenue bhi 67.4% badhkar ₹4,081 Crore ho gaya. EBITDA mein bhi zabardast 120% ka jump aaya, jo ₹914 Crore se ₹2,030 Crore ho gaya hai, aur margin 37.5% se 49.7% ho gaya.

Is saal ke pehle nau mahinon (9 Months ended Dec 31, 2025) mein bhi EBITDA 83% badhkar ₹8,439 Crore aur Profit After Tax (PAT) 21% badhkar ₹1,868 Crore ho gaya. Quarter mein Cash PAT bhi 12% badhkar ₹570 Crore raha.

Power Capacity Bhi Badhi

Pichhle 12 mahinon mein company ne 5.2 GW ki capacity add ki hai, jismein Q3 mein 125 MW shamil hai. Net generation 65% badhkar 11.1 billion units (BUs) ho gaya. Ismein renewable energy 96% badhkar 3.2 BUs aur thermal generation 55% badhkar 7.9 BUs raha.

JSW Energy ka share 21 April ko BSE par 0.80% badhkar ₹546.50 par close hua tha.
