Union Ki Maangein
Samsung ke workers union ne contract mein kuch bade badlav ki maang ki hai. Woh chahte hain ki bonus payout mein jo 50% salary cap hai, woh hataya jaaye. Saath hi, woh company ke saal bhar ke operating profits ka 15% hissa workers ko dene ki guarantee chahte hain. Samsung ne iske jawab mein ek-waqt ka payment aur current bonus system ko hi continue rakhne ka offer diya hai. Competition Ka Pressure

Samsung ne court se injunction lekar 7,000 se zyada workers ko essential operations maintain karne ka order toh dilwa liya hai, lekin poori strike abhi bhi possible hai. Duniya ki sabse badi DRAM maker, jiski market share 36% hai, agar production rok deti hai, toh 18 dinon mein global DRAM aur NAND memory supply 3-4% aur 2-3% tak kam ho sakti hai. Isse chip prices badh sakte hain.
Economy Par Asar
South Korean officials ka kehna hai ki agar strike lambi chali toh desh ki economic growth forecast 0.5% tak kam ho sakti hai, jismein chip production ka nuksaan lagbhag $19.9 billion ho sakta hai.
Market Mein Volatility
