Supreme Court ne February 2026 mein ruling di thi ki yeh tariffs International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) ke andar galat hain. Ab U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) ne $166 billion tak ka refund dene ke liye Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries (CAPE) portal launch kiya hai.
Refund ka process: Easy nahi hai bhai!
Yeh refund ekdum se sabko nahi milega. CBP ne isko phased rollout mein kiya hai, starting April 20, 2026 se.
