Tamil Nadu sarkar ne ab bade projects ko fast-track karne ke liye 'Investment Promotion Commission' launch kar diya hai. Goal simple hai—state ko **$1.5 Trillion** economy banana by **2036**.
Fast-track approvals ka naya system
Tamil Nadu sarkar ne officially 'Tamil Nadu Investment Promotion Commission' (TNIPC) ka gathbandhan kiya hai. Is commission ka main maqsad hai ki jo investment agreements sign hote hain, wo ground par jaldi utrein. Chief Secretary ki chairmanship mein bani ye body, 22 state-level laws ko ek single framework ke neeche layegi.
Kya hai naya process?
Ab se, agar aapka project bada hai—matlab kam se kam ₹200 Crore ka investment ya 5,000 jobs dene ka promise—toh approvals 21 din ke andar milne ka target rakha gaya hai. Isme Finance, Energy, IT aur Pollution Control Board jaise departments ek saath milkar kaam karenge taaki land acquisition aur clearances mein deri na ho.
Diaspora aur Global Connection
Sarkar ka plan hai ki global Tamil diaspora ko attract kiya jaye aur unse industrial corridors mein investment karwaya jaye. 'Guidance Tamil Nadu' ke through technical infrastructure set kiya ja raha hai.
Reality check: Challenges abhi bhi hain
Sab kuch itna smooth nahi hai. State ke upar debt ka load hai aur welfare schemes (jaise cash transfers aur gold assistance) par bhi kharcha ho raha hai. Industrial growth ke liye fund management aur land acquisition ki purani problems abhi bhi ek bada challenge bani hui hain. Plus, ye commission sirf state laws ko simplify kar sakta hai, Central government ke rules par iska control nahi hai. Investors ab ye dekh rahe hain ki kya waqai mein pledges ground-level assets mein badal paate hain ya nahi.
