Har state apne unique bottlenecks ko khatam kar raha hai. Assam mein Tata Electronics ke project ke liye weekly monitoring ho rahi hai aur 'plug-and-play' industrial parks banaye ja rahe hain taaki companies bina road ya bijli ke jhanjhat mein pade sidhe machine setup kar sakein.
Gujarat ne 'Gujarat Semiconductor Electronics Mission' banaya hai jo ek single point of contact ki tarah kaam karta hai, taaki clearances ke liye alag-alag departments ke chakkar na kaatne padein. Odisha ka focus operational cost par hai; wo industrial power ₹4.50 per unit ke rate par provide kar rahe hain aur 1,000 acre ka bada tech park taiyaar kar rahe hain.
Investors ke liye kya hai message?
Semiconductor fabrication mein delay hone ka matlab hai cost of capital ka badhna, jo seedha profit margin par asar daalta hai. States ka yeh pre-cleared land aur reliable infrastructure ka model execution risk ko kaafi had tak kam karta hai.
Lekin talent ka issue abhi bhi bada hai. IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Guwahati aur C-DAC ke saath milkar engineers ki ek ready pipeline banane ki koshish ki ja rahi hai. Investors ko nazar rakhni hogi ki kya ye educational initiatives demand ke saath match kar paati hain ya nahi.
