Dividend ka funda samjho
Reliance Industries (RIL) ne official announce kiya hai ki fiscal year 2026 ke liye ₹6 per equity share ka final dividend shareholders ko diya jayega. Iska total payout ₹8,119.48 Crore hoga. Ye RIL ki shareholder ko return karne ki strategy ka part hai. Waise RIL ka share price ₹2900-₹3000 ke aas paas trade karta hai aur market cap lagbhag ₹1.9 Trillion hai, toh aise announcements par usually market mein koi bada reaction nahi aata. Shareholder approval toh AGM mein hogi hi.
Low Yield? Growth Ki Wajah Se!
RIL ka dividend yield generally 0.5% se 1% ke beech hi rehta hai, jo ki kai dusre Indian companies se kam hai. Iska reason ye hai ki RIL apna future building mein paisa laga raha hai – jaise ki rapidly expand ho rahe retail business mein, ambitious green energy projects mein, aur apne telecom business Jio mein. Ye un companies jaisi strategy nahi hai jo income distribute karne par focus karti hain, balki ye growth-focused companies like TCS ki tarah earnings ko future expansion ke liye retain kar rahi hai.
Risky Growth Strategy?
Low dividend yield ka matlab hai ki earnings ka bada hissa wapas business mein lagaya ja raha hai. Strategy hai ki green energy aur retail jaise ventures se long-term capital appreciation ho. Lekin, ismein risks bhi hain. Mature businesses jo cash generate karte hain aur higher payouts de sakte hain, unse alag RIL ke diverse portfolio ko lagatar heavy capital infusion chahiye. Jo investors immediate income chahte hain, unko RIL ki policy shayad utni attractive na lage. RIL ki valuation, jo generally 25-30x ke P/E ratio par trade karti hai, uske ambitious growth projects ke success par depend karti hai, aur ye projects competition aur market conditions se influenced ho sakte hain.
Aage Kya?
Reliance Industries se expect kiya ja raha hai ki woh apni dividend policy maintain karega, jismein reinvestment ko priority di jayegi. Brokerages generally 'Buy' ya 'Hold' ratings de rahe hain, unka maanana hai ki retail, telecom aur new energy mein expansion future earnings growth ko boost karega. Ye ₹6 ka dividend continuity dikhata hai, par agar koi bada change aata hai toh woh strategic shifts ya specific market conditions ki wajah se hoga.
