Reliance Industries (RIL) ne apne December quarter ke earnings report kiye hain, jisme revenue ₹2.65 lakh crore tak pahunch gaya jo pichle quarter ke ₹2.55 lakh crore se zyada hai. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) ₹46,018 crore ho gaya, jo ki 7 quarters ka highest level hai. Profit after tax bhi quarter-on-quarter badhkar ₹18,645 crore ho gaya.
Oil-to-chemicals (O2C) business ne achha perform kiya, jiska EBITDA ₹16,507 crore raha, jo pichle quarter ke ₹15,008 crore se zyada hai. Iske vipreet, oil and gas segment ka EBITDA ₹4,857 crore tak gir gaya. Reliance Retail ne festive demand aur GST rationalization ke karan 8.4% year-on-year growth record kiya, jabki Jio ka average revenue per user (ARPU) ₹213.7 ho gaya.
Operating margins mein 17.4% tak ki kami aur mix segment results ke bawajood, RIL ko track karne wale lagbhag sabhi analysts ne apni 'Buy' recommendations ko reaffirm kiya hai. CLSA, Citi, aur Goldman Sachs jaise brokerages ne apni positive stance banaye rakhi hai, jisme O2C segment ka performance, stable Jio operations, aur new energy initiatives par progress ka zikr hai.
