Aage kya? Rajya Sabha ki baari!

Lok Sabha mein bill pass hone ke baad, ab yeh Finance Bill 2026 Rajya Sabha mein final approval ke liye jayega. Yeh bill hi government ki 2026-27 ke liye poori financial plan batata hai.

Kharcha aur Revenue ke Targets

Budget mein lagbhag ₹53.47 lakh crore ka kharcha karne ka plan hai, jo pichhle saal ke muqable 7.7% zyada hai. Infrastructure ko boost dene ke liye ₹12.2 lakh crore sirf capital expenditure ke liye rakhe gaye hain. Tax se lagbhag ₹44.04 lakh crore aane ki umeed hai.

Borrowing aur Fiscal Deficit ka Khel

FY27 ke liye ₹17.2 lakh crore tak borrow karne ka plan hai. Aur sabse important, fiscal deficit ko 4.3% (GDP ka) par laane ka target hai, jo is saal ke 4.4% ke target se thoda kam hai. Matlab government kharcha badha kar bhi deficit control mein rakhne ki koshish kar rahi hai.

Market par asar?

Ab sabki nazar Rajya Sabha par rahegi aur yeh amendments kaise market ko affect karte hain. Zyada kharcha aur borrowing ke numbers debt markets ke liye zaroori hain. Agar fiscal deficit target meet hota hai toh bond yields aur overall market sentiment mein fark pad sakta hai.
