Petrol-Diesel Hike Rumours 'FAKE': Govt Ka Bada Statement
Sarkaar ki PIB Fact Check unit ne rumours ko debunk karte hue kaha hai ki petrol ₹10 aur diesel ₹12.5 tak mehnga hone ki baatein bilkul jhooti hain. Ye khabar online bahut tezi se fail rahi thi, jabki government ne aisi koi announcement nahi ki hai.
Global Crude Oil Prices Ne Machaya Haalchaal
India mein prices badhne ki baatein jhooti hain, par asli chinta ka vishay hai international market. Brent crude futures toh $115 per barrel ko paar kar gaye hain, jo 2022 ke mid ke baad sabse ooncha rate hai. Pichhle saat dinon se prices lagataar badh rahi hain.
Iski wajah hai United States, Israel aur Iran ke beech chal rahe geopolitical tensions. Especially Strait of Hormuz jahan se duniya bhar ka 20-30% oil supply nikalta hai, uski security ko lekar chinta badh gayi hai.
Elections aur Misinformation Ka Connection?
Mazedaar baat yeh hai ki ye rumours tab faili hain jab India mein state assembly elections chal rahe hain, khaas kar West Bengal mein. Opposition parties ne pehle hi fuel prices ko lekar sarkaar par sawaal uthaye the. PIB ka yeh 'FAKE' announcement rumours ko rokne ke liye zaroori tha.
India Ke Liye Kya Hai Risk?
Sahi hai ki abhi hike nahi ho rahi, par agar global crude oil prices aise hi badhti rahi toh India jaise net-importing countries ke liye yeh badi samasya ban jayegi. Import ka kharcha badhega, jisse desh mein inflation aur badh sakta hai, aur economy par pressure aayega.
Experts ka kehna hai ki abhi oil markets volatile rehne wali hain. Halanki abhi prices ko control mein rakha gaya hai, par baad mein jab situation normal hogi toh bade price hikes ki zarurat pad sakti hai, jo public ke liye disruptive ho sakta hai.
