Land ke Jhanjhat se Chhutkara?
CII ka kehna hai ki India mein jo land management ka system hai woh bohot complicated aur unclear hai. Iske wajah se investors ko confidence nahi aata aur projects late hone se capital cost badh jaati hai. Yehi wajah hai ki hum apne global competitors jaise Vietnam aur Thailand se peeche reh jaate hain, woh log landene aur use karne mein bohot fast hain.
India Mein Kya Problem Hai?
Apne yahan par land ka title clear nahi hota, possession milne mein saalon lag jaate hain, aur rules itne complex hain ki koi bhi confuse ho jayega. Iska sabse zyada nuksan MSMEs (chote business) aur naye "greenfield" projects ko hota hai. Jo "Make in India" jaise initiatives hain, unhe bhi isi wajah se dikkat aati hai.
Dusre Desh Kaise Aage Hain?
FY 2024-25 mein India ne USD 81.04 billion ki FDI attract ki, jo ki accha hai. Lekin land management mein hum abhi bhi peeche hain. Vietnam aur Thailand mein foreign companies ke liye land use karna bohot easy hai. India mein regulatory quality aur land access mein hum kam score karte hain. Haalanki, manufacturing mein FDI 18% badh kar USD 19.04 billion ho gaya tha FY 2024-25 mein PLI schemes ki wajah se, par states ke alag-alag rules aur policy gaps abhi bhi speed kam kar rahe hain.
CII Ka Master Plan Kya Hai?
CII chahti hai ki ek national land bank banaya jaaye aur sab kuch digital ho jaye. Isse transparency badhegi, projects jaldi honge, aur India ka manufacturing sector aur bhi competitive banega. Ek single-window system bhi banega jahan se saari formalities clear ho sakein.
Challenges Kya Hain?
Sabse bada challenge yeh hai ki land ka pura control states ke paas hai, toh sabko ek saath lane mein mushkil hogi. Pehle bhi land reforms ki koshish hui hai par states ke beech coordination mein dikkat aati hai. Bureaucracy aur unclear compliance rules bhi abhi tak investors ko pareshan kar rahe hain.
Future Outlook
Agar yeh reforms successfully implement ho gaye, toh projects mein lagne wala time aur cost dono kam ho jayenge. Isse India global manufacturing hub banne ke liye ekdum ready ho jayega. Morgan Stanley jaisi firms bhi India ke long-term growth ko lekar optimistic hain. Agar yeh land reforms sahi ho gaye toh India mein bohot zyada domestic aur foreign investment aa sakta hai.
