8th Pay Commission: Mumbai mein hone wali hai badi meeting, unions ki **₹69,000** minimum salary ki demand!

8th Central Pay Commission **22-23 October** ko Mumbai mein consultations karne wala hai. Government employees aur pensioners ke liye salary hike par focus hai, jahan unions **₹69,000** ki minimum pay aur **3.833** fitment factor maang rahe hain.

Kya chal raha hai 8th Pay Commission ka scene?

8th Central Pay Commission (CPC) ab apni agle round ki consultations ke liye 22 aur 23 October ko Mumbai pahunch raha hai. Yeh process sirf Mumbai tak limited nahi hai, Chandigarh mein ho chuki hai aur ab Bengaluru ki baari hai. Iska main maqsad 1.2 Crore central government employees aur pensioners ki salary structure ko decide karna hai.

Unions ki demand kya hai?

National Council Joint Consultative Machinery (NC-JCM) ne seedhe taur par ₹69,000 ki minimum monthly pay ki maang rakh di hai. Is target ko hit karne ke liye, unions 3.833 ka fitment factor maang rahe hain. Agar yeh maan liya gaya, toh salary mein ek bada jump dekhne ko milega.

Demands sirf basic pay tak nahi ruk rahi. Unions 6% ka annual increment, adjusted HRA tiers, aur har 6 saal mein financial career upgrade ki baat kar rahe hain. Pensioners ke liye bhi 'One Rank One Pension' jaisa structure maanga gaya hai.

Investors ke liye kyun zaroori hai?

  1. Fiscal Deficit: Jab government itni badi workforce ki salary badhati hai, toh government ka kharcha (revenue expenditure) badh jata hai, jo fiscal deficit par pressure daal sakta hai.

  2. Consumption Boom: Haan, ek upside bhi hai! Jab employees ke paas zyada cash hoga, toh woh kharcha bhi karenge. Isse FMCG, Automobile, aur Retail sectors mein demand badh sakti hai, jo market ke liye positive hai.

  3. Inflation & RBI: Sabse bada risk hai inflation. Agar wages, productivity se tez badhe, toh cheezon ke daam badh sakte hain. RBI phir interest rates ko lekar tough stance le sakti hai, jo businesses ke liye borrowing cost badha dega.

Abhi toh yeh sirf shuruati consultations hain. Final report kya aati hai, us par government ki fiscal discipline aur market ka reaction depend karega.
