Experience Wala Game: Ab Sirf Khana Nahi!

Matlab company apne earnings ke comparison mein bahut mehngi mil rahi hai. P/B ratio bhi 18.39x hai. Iska matlab hai ki investors future mein bahut badi growth expect kar rahe hain, ya phir stock shayad thoda overvalued hai. Competitors jaise Jubilant FoodWorks aur Devyani International ke P/E ratios bhi high hain, par Spice Lounge ka toh alag hi level hai.
Shareholding Ka Tadka Aur Pichhle Ghaav
Ek aur badi baat jo notice karne wali hai, woh hai company ki shareholding. June 2025 tak promoter ka stake 0% ho gaya hai aur public ka stake 100% se bhi zyada! Yeh kaise hua, iska pura scenario samajhna zaroori hai. Pichhle 3 saalon mein company ka ROE aur ROCE negative raha hai aur profit growth bhitheek-thaak nahi rahi hai. Lekin high P/E, historical financial issues aur promoter holding mein itna bada shift, yeh sab cheezein investors ko sochne par majboor kar rahi hain.
