Dekho, Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL) ne plan kiya hai ki wo Nigeria ki Tropical General Investments Group (TGI Group) ke saath milkar ek joint venture banayenge. Isse unko Africa ke sabse fast-growing FMCG market mein entry milegi. TGI ka wahan kaafi bada network aur infrastructure hai, toh RCPL apne products wahan launch kar payega.
TGI Group ke saath iss deal mein RCPL ka majority stake hoga. Nigeria ka FMCG sector 2025 mein 54.1% tak grow kiya hai aur market $25 billion tak pahunch gaya hai. TGI Group ke khud ke 100 se zyada brands hain alag-alag sectors mein.
Aur sirf bahar hi nahi, India mein bhi RCPL ne apna health food business push kiya hai. Unhone ₹156.42 crore dekar Southern Health Foods Private Ltd (SHFPL) ko poora khareed liya hai. SHFPL ka 'Manna' brand kaafi famous hai, jo millet-based snacks, breakfast cereals aur baby food banata hai. Isse RCPL ke Udhaiyam, Independence, aur SiL jaise brands ke saath 'Manna' bhi jud jayega.
SHFPL ke financials dekhein toh FY24 mein ₹127.37 crore ki turnover thi, jo FY25 mein kam hokar ₹109.40 crore ho gayi. Lekin ab RCPL apne bade distribution network se Manna brand ko aur failayega.
Is poori strategy ke baad, Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) ke shares mein bhi halki tezi dikhi. Stock 1.02% badhkar ₹1,434.10 par close hua tha February 16, 2026 ko.
Magar, dekho dono taraf kuch challenges bhi hain. Nigeria mein currency ka girna aur inflation ka badhna business ko affect kar sakta hai. India mein bhi health food market competitive hai aur SHFPL ki turnover mein kami dikh rahi thi. Reliance ka P/E ratio bhi lagbhag 23 ke aas paas hai, matlab future growth ka price pehle se hi discount ho chuka hai.

Bahut saare analysts is stock ko 'Strong Buy' rating de rahe hain aur target price ₹1,716.65 tak ka de rahe hain, matlab 20% se zyada upside dikha rahe hain. RCPL ke heads ne bhi bola hai ki ye partnership business ke liye ek 'pivotal milestone' hai aur wo TGI ke saath milkar operations ko scale karne ko lekar confident hain.
