Nykaa Ka Profit Achanak Kyun Udaan Bhar Raha Hai?
Nykaa ne apne Q4 FY26 results mein sabko surprise kar diya hai. Unka net profit ₹19 crore se seedha ₹79 crore tak pahunch gaya, matlab 4X ka jump! EBITDA bhi 67% badh kar ₹223 crore ho gaya, aur EBITDA margin bhi 8.4% ke record par pahunch gaya. Quarter ka Gross Profit 32% badh kar ₹1,203 crore hua. Pichle 12 quarters mein yeh sabse tez growth hai, jo dikhaata hai ki company ne operations ko kaafi improve kiya hai.
Poore Saal Ka Milestone Aur Financial Health
March 2026 mein khatam hue fiscal year mein, Nykaa ka revenue 26% badh kar ₹10,022 crore ho gaya, jo history mein pehli baar ₹10,000 crore cross kiya hai. Saalaana net profit bhi ₹72 crore (FY25) se badh kar ₹204 crore ho gaya. Gross profit 30% badh kar ₹4,516 crore aur EBITDA 59% badh kar ₹752 crore hua. Company ne apni financial position bhi mazboot ki hai, total assets ₹4,611.4 crore ho gaye hain aur cash reserves ₹418.3 crore ho gaye hain. Borrowings ko bhi kam karke ₹747.2 crore kar diya hai, jisse net debt 47% kam hokar ₹329 crore ho gaya hai.
Omnichannel Game Strong Aur Fashion Ka Jalwa
Beauty division mein Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) 27% badh kar ₹14,954 crore ho gaya. Nykaa ne apne physical stores bhi kaafi badhaye hain, 76 naye stores khol kar ab unke total 313 stores hain 99 cities mein. AI tools jaise virtual try-on ko bhi improve kiya gaya hai customer experience ke liye. Fashion segment ka GMV bhi 30% badh kar ₹4,954 crore ho gaya. Mazedaar baat yeh hai ki fashion segment Q4 FY26 mein EBITDA-positive ho gaya, jahan last year ₹29 crore ka loss tha, wahan ab ₹1 crore ka profit hai. Men's wear mein toh 60% growth dekha gaya hai!
Nayi Acquisitions Aur Future Plans
Nykaa ne clean beauty brand Earth Rhythm ko bhi poori tarah acquire kar liya hai. Executive Chairperson Falguni Nayar ne kaha ki $1 billion revenue cross karna ek bada moment hai, jo Nykaa ko ek multi-engine growth platform banata hai. Nayar ko lagta hai ki Wellness category future mein growth ka bada area banegi aur woh AI ka use customer engagement aur efficiency ke liye karte rahenge.
