Pre-IPO Funding ka Dhamaka!

Is deal mein Paisa do tarah se aaya hai. Pehla, ₹357 Crore company mein naya investment aaya hai, jahan naye equity shares aur compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) issue kiye gaye hain. Yeh saare paise Jongsong Investments ne diye hain, jo Singapore ki Temasek Holdings ki hi ek company hai. Yeh CCPS listing se pehle equity mein convert ho jayenge.

Doosra, company ke promoters, matlab Sathishkumar T aur Anitha S ne bhi kuch shares beche hain. Unhone ₹125 Crore ke shares sell out kiye hain, jismein lagbhag 89 lakh shares beche gaye hain. Har share ki price ₹139.76 rakhi gayi hai, jo naye investment wale hisse par bhi apply hoti hai.

IPO ka Scene Kya Hai?

Milky Mist Dairy ne October 2025 mein hi SEBI se apne ₹2,035 Crore ke IPO ke liye approval le li thi. Company ka kehna hai ki is funding se IPO plan mein koi change nahi aayega. Unka poora automated dairy plant Tamil Nadu mein hai aur FY26 (March 2026 tak) mein unhone ₹3,275 Crore ki revenue generate ki hai, jo unke targets se bhi zyada hai.
