Iska ek bada hissa, matlab ₹115.6 Crore, seedha company ka loan chukane mein jayega. Aur baaki ka paisa, yaani ₹250.5 Crore, naye stores kholne ke liye use hoga. Socho, yeh log apna apparel business badhayenge, pehle se jo 34 stores hain, usmein 10 naye apparel stores aur judenge. Plus ek integrated apparel and jewellery store, aur 2 standalone jewellery stores bhi khulenge.
Aur financial health ki baat karein toh company ka performance bhi dikh raha hai. H1 FY2026 mein revenue ₹1,301 Crore raha aur net profit ₹83 Crore. FY2025 mein revenue ₹2,456 Crore tha. Inka EBITDA margin bhi 9.59% (FY2025) se sudhar kar 13.35% ho gaya hai H1 FY2026 mein. Gross profit margin bhi 23.2% (FY2023) se 28.1% ho gaya hai H1 FY2026 mein. Debt-to-equity ratio bhi kaafi kam hua hai, 2.08x (FY2023) se 1.08x ho gaya hai Sep 2025 tak.
Ab competition toh hai hi, jewellery mein Titan Company, Kalyan Jewellers, Senco Gold jaise bade players hain aur apparel mein Trent, V2 Retail. Par Marri Retail apni strategy se diversify kar raha hai aur multi-brand, multi-format approach par focus kar raha hai. India ka retail market waise bhi bohot grow kar raha hai, aur 2030 tak yeh $230 billion tak ja sakta hai, especially Tier II aur III cities mein aur digitalization se. Lekin haan, abhi IPO market thoda careful hai, investors listing gains se zyada long-term value aur company ke fundamentals dekh rahe hain. Toh yeh IPO Marri Retail ke liye ek solid move hai yeh dikhane ka ki woh apne business ko financially sound rakhte hue bhi grow kar sakta hai.
