Hotel Industry Boom: 'Bleisure' trend se hotels hue housefull, weekend par dikh rahi toofani tezi

India ke city hotels mein weekend par zabardast demand dekhne ko mil rahi hai. 'Bleisure' travel ki wajah se occupancy rate **67%** tak pahunch gaya hai, jo investors ke liye ek bada positive sign hai.

Hospitality sector mein ek bada shift aaya hai! Pehle jo city hotels weekends par khali rehte the, ab wahan room milna mushkil ho raha hai. 2026 ke pehle 8 mahino ka data batata hai ki Friday aur Saturday ko nationwide occupancy 67% tak touch kar gayi hai.

Kahan hai sabse zyada demand?

Mumbai aur Delhi jaise financial hubs mein toh halat aur bhi tight hai. Mumbai ke hotels ne 77.2% aur Delhi ne 77.4% ki weekend occupancy darj ki hai. Yeh sab 'bleisure' (Business + Leisure) trend ki kamaal hai, jahan corporate guests apne trip ko weekend tak extend kar rahe hain.

Numbers mein kya dum hai?

  • Ibis aur Ibis Styles: Weekend occupancy mein 5-7% ka uchhal, aur rates mein 16-18% ki growth.
  • Sayaji Hotels: Inka Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) 9.5% badha hai.

Risk factor kya hai?

ICRA ka kehna hai ki industry 7-9% se grow karegi, lekin operational costs aur badhte expenses margins par dabav bana sakte hain. Weekend ki कमाई toh badh rahi hai, par agar corporates ne apna travel budget cut kiya, toh weekday occupancy par asar pad sakta hai. Investors ko ab interest rates aur inflation par nazar rakhni hogi kyunki log discretionary spending inhi factors ke base par karte hain.
