Is deal ke baad, OZiva ab 100% HUL ki subsidiary ban jayegi.

Pichhle do saal mein iski growth 130% CAGR rahi hai, matlab double se bhi zyada fast pace par grow kar raha hai yeh brand. Wahi, Nutritionalab ka turnover FY2024-25 mein ₹118.48 Crore raha tha, aur HUL isse equity method se account karta tha, matlab uska revenue HUL mein count nahi hota tha.

CEO Priya Nair ne bataya ki yeh sab Health & Wellbeing category ko aur strong banane ke liye hai, jahan growth ke kaafi chances hain. HUL chahta hai ki OZiva jaise brands ko apne science, distribution network aur market development power se aur bade level par le jaye.
