Yaar, Devyani International ne Thailand mein apne KFC business ko aur tagda karne ke liye ek bada move liya hai! Company ne **₹347 Crore** invest karne ka plan banaya hai. Yeh paisa primarily debt chukane, working capital manage karne aur future growth ko support karne ke liye use hoga.

Toh bhaiyo, Devyani International ne Thailand mein apne KFC waale business, jiska naam hai Restaurants Development Co. Ltd. (RD), uske liye ₹347 Crore ka bada investment approve kiya hai. Yeh paisa RD ka DID (Devyani International DMCC) ko diya jaane wala loan chukane mein use hoga, jo lagbhag ₹232.5 Crore ka hai. Baaki ka amount RD ke working capital aur future expansion plans ke liye rakha gaya hai.

DID ko yeh funds Devyani International se ₹114.8 Crore ke convertible loan aur Axis Bank ke Dubai branch se ₹232.5 Crore ke short-term loan ke through milenge. Devyani International ne iss Axis Bank loan ke liye corporate guarantee bhi provide ki hai, jo unka commitment dikhata hai.

Sabse interesting baat yeh hai ki June 30, 2026 tak RD ki ownership mein change aayega. Ab DID ka stake 49% hoga aur Yellow Palm Co. Ltd. ka majority 51% stake hoga. Filhaal, RD Thailand mein 274 KFC restaurants operate karta hai.

Thailand ka QSR market kaafi competitive hai jahan KFC, McDonald's jaise brands se takkar leta hai, lekin QSR of Asia aur Central Restaurants Group bhi bade players hain.

Ab risks ki baat karein toh Devyani International par already kaafi debt hai (Debt/Equity ratio 440.32%), toh yeh naya investment thoda challenging ho sakta hai. Aur jab control pure Devyani ke paas nahi hai, toh governance issues aa sakte hain. Plus, Thailand mein profit margins India ke comparison mein kam hain (lagbhag 14-15% vs. India mein 20% ke aas paas).

Stock ki baat karein toh pichhle ek saal mein yeh lagbhag 28% gira hai aur abhi ₹104.xx ke aas paas trade kar raha hai. Lekin analysts abhi bhi positive hain, mostly 'Buy' rating de rahe hain aur price targets ₹158.74 se ₹189.33 tak ke de rahe hain. Unko umeed hai ki domestic business aur international sites se future mein achha profit aayega.
