DOMS Industries ne officially Newell Brands Inc. ke subsidiaries se Reynolds brand ke India wale assets khareedne ka agreement sign kiya hai. Deal $3.7 million (yaani lagbhag ₹31 crore) ki hai, jismein inventory ki value alag hai. Is deal mein trademark, patents, designs, copyrights, manufacturing machinery, existing contracts, aur employees ka transfer bhi shamil hai. Yeh deal July 1, 2026 tak complete hone ki ummeed hai. Company ne ye bhi clear kiya hai ki yeh koi related party transaction nahi hai, matlab company ke shareholding ya control mein koi change nahi aayega.
