Analyst ka Target Hike Aur Reasons
Dekho yaar, Prabhudas Lilladher ka kehna hai ki Marico ka target ab ₹875 hai. Unhone FY27 aur FY28 ke EPS estimates ko bhi 3.8% aur 3.3% tak badha diya hai. Analyst log expect kar rahe hain ki company ki volume growth high single digits mein bani rahegi, kyuki demand aachi dikh rahi hai aur GST reforms ka fayda bhi mil raha hai.
Profitability mein growth ka sabse bada reason hai copra prices ka girna, jo lagbhag 35% tak kam ho gaye hain. Isse company ke profit margin mein 340 basis points tak ka expansion ho sakta hai. FY26 se FY28 tak EPS mein 18% ka CAGR bhi expected hai.

Marico ne Q4 FY26 mein ₹408 crore ka consolidated net profit report kiya hai, jo ki 22% zyada hai, aur revenue ₹3,333 crore raha. Poore FY26 ke liye, net profit ₹1,813 crore tha. Company ke board ne ₹4 per equity share ka final dividend bhi recommend kiya hai.
Company ka Vision 2030 goal double-digit sales growth aur mid-teens EBITDA CAGR achieve karna hai. Iske liye Beardo aur Plix jaise digital-first brands par focus hai, jinka sales ₹9 billion se ₹20-25 billion tak jaane ka target hai 3 saal mein. Premium products ka share bhi badh kar FY27 tak 44% ho sakta hai.
Valuation Ka Scene Aur Risks
Ab aata hai sabse important point – valuation. Bro, Marico ka P/E ratio current mein 57.7x se 61.3x chal raha hai, jo Indian Food industry ke average 19.5x se bahut hi zyada hai. Ye Godrej Consumer Products (60.31x P/E) ke kareeb hai, par Dabur India (44.1x) aur HUL (37.47x) se kaafi upar hai. Analyst isko 'bahut mehenga' keh rahe hain.
Copra prices ka girna achha hai, par agar inputs ka cost wapas badha toh margin par pressure aa sakta hai. FMCG sector mein competition bhi kaafi tough hai, aur company ko apne ambitious plans execute karne mein challenges aa sakti hain.
Analyst Targets Aur Market Outlook
Baaki analysts bhi cautiously optimistic hain. JM Financial aur ICICI Direct jaise firms ne bhi target ₹875 aur ₹870 set kiye hain. Marico khud bhi is fiscal year mein ₹15,000 crore revenue cross karne ka aim kar raha hai.
