RCPL ne in acquired brands ko domestic Indian aur international territories dono mein expand karne ka intention bataya hai. Company ne brands ko "heritage brands" describe kiya hai jinka established equity hai, khaas kar Brylcreem, jo masculine hygiene se strong association ke liye jaana jaane wala British men's grooming staple hai. Toni & Guy, ek premium haircare aur styling brand, aur Badedas, natural extracts feature karne wala ek German brand, RCPL ke premium offering ko aur diversify karte hain.
Expanding the Portfolio
Is latest acquisition se pehle RCPL ne Velvette, ek iconic personal care brand from Tamil Nadu ko kharidna tha. RCPL ne Glimmer aur Get Real jaise apne affordable brands bhi launch kiye hain. Company ki rapid growth obvious hai, jismein FY26 ke December quarter mein gross revenue 60% year-on-year badhkar ₹5,065 crore ho gaya. Year-to-date gross revenue ₹15,000 crore ko paar kar gaya hai, jo pichhle fiscal year ka lagbhag double hai.
Financial Growth and Future Plans
RCPL ab FY26 ki Q3 tak ₹1,000 crore se zyada sales wale char brands rakhta hai, jismein beverage brand Campa aur grocery brand Independence shaamil hain. Campa Energy ne akela ₹1,000 crore ki sales cross ki hai. Company infrastructure mein bhi heavy investment kar rahi hai, jismein India bhar mein food parks ke liye ₹40,000 crore allocate kiye gaye hain, aur pehla plant March 2026 mein operational hone wala hai.
