Analyst ka ₹855 ka target price forward valuation par based hai, jo FY27E P/BV ka 2.0x hai. Ye high valuation is baat par nirbhar karta hai ki India Shelter competition aur regulations ko kaise manage karta hai aur growth deliver karta hai bina asset quality risks badhaye.
