Tata Sons IPO ki taiyari shuru ho chuki hai kyunki RBI ne inhe Upper-Layer NBFC bataya hai. Par scene mein twist ye hai ki Tata Trusts ke beech aur company ke leadership ke beech zabardast power struggle chal raha hai.
RBI ka bada decision
Sabse pehle ye samjho ki ye IPO ki baat chali kahan se. September 11, 2026 ko RBI ne Tata Sons ki wo application reject kar di jisme unhone 'Core Investment Company' ka registration hatane ki maang ki thi. Iske baad RBI ne saaf bol diya ki Tata Sons ab ek 'Upper-Layer NBFC' hai, jiska matlab hai ki unhe market mein List hona hi padega.
Boardroom ki ladai
Chairman N. Chandrasekaran aur unki team IPO ki formal taiyari mein lag gayi hai, par asli problem Tata Trusts ke andar hai. Noel Tata ke leadership wali Trusts IPO ke favour mein nahi hain. Wo log kuch restructuring plans soch rahe hain taaki listing ki zarurat hi na pade. Ye disagreement ab sirf meetings tak सीमित nahi raha.
Court-kachheri ka chakkar
October 7, 2026 ko Noel Tata aur unke bete ne Mumbai City Civil Court mein ek caveat petition file kar di hai taaki bina bataye koi court order na aa jaye. Ye ladai sirf chairmanship ya tenure tak nahi, balki Tata Group ke future direction par hai.
Investors ke liye kya hai?
Tata Sons poore Tata Group ka holding company hai. Agar yahan kuch bhi bada change hota hai, toh iska asar Tata Chemicals jaise listed stocks par bhi padega jinke paas cross-holdings hain. Abhi market bas ye dekh raha hai ki ye legal drama kab khatam hoga aur IPO ki timeline kya hogi.
