Tata Capital ke shares ekdum historical lows ke paas chal rahe hain, ₹299 tak pahunch gaye Thursday ko. NSE par 7 lakh shares ki volume dekhne ko mili, intraday ₹304 aur ₹298.70 ke beech mein fluctuate hua. Yeh sab tab ho raha hai jab Wednesday, May 20 ko share price ₹298 ke neeche chala gaya tha. Iss mahine mein financial services firm ki value 10% kam hui hai, jo BSE Sensex ke 2% decline se kaafi zyada hai.

IPO ke baad se giravat

Tata Group ki yeh important NBFC, Tata Capital, October 2025 mein public hui thi. Stock January 2026 mein ₹367 ke peak par pahuncha tha, lekin tab se ab tak 18.4% value kho chuka hai. Current mein, shares apne initial IPO price ₹326 se 8% neeche hain. IPO ko bhi khaas response nahi mila tha, sirf issue size ka twice subscribe hua tha.

Share price ki kamzori ke bawajood, Tata Capital ne FY26 ke fourth quarter mein bahut strong results report kiye hain. Net profit 43% year-over-year badh kar ₹1,502 crore ho gaya. Revenue 9% badh kar ₹8,160 crore ho gaya, jisme Net Interest Income (NII) 28% jump karke ₹3,127 crore pahunch gaya. Assets Under Management (AUM) bhi 20% badh kar ₹2.77 lakh crore ho gaya. Company 22 May 2026 ko Mumbai mein ek Analyst/Institutional Investors Meeting bhi karne wali hai.

Technicals aur Support levels

SAMCO Securities ke Technical Research Analyst Om Mehra ne bataya ki Tata Capital ₹298 aur ₹300 ke beech ek important support zone ke paas aa raha hai. Yeh area ek descending trendline aur horizontal support level ko combine karta hai. Unhone notice kiya ki stock February 2026 ke peak ₹365 ke baad se lower highs bana raha hai, aur selling pressure recovery ko rok raha hai.

Technical indicators short-term mein bearish trend dikha rahe hain. Relative Strength Index (RSI) 33 par hai, jo oversold level ke paas hai, aur Moving Average Convergence-Divergence (MACD) lines abhi bhi deeply negative hain aur widen ho rahi hain. Mehra ne ₹295-₹290 range ko critical bataya hai. Is level ke upar hold karne se rebound aa sakta hai, lekin ₹298 ke neeche sustained close ek significant bearish trend signal karega. Stock ko meaningful improve karne ke liye, use ₹308-₹310 range ko reclaim karna hoga aur 20-day moving average, jo abhi ₹320 par hai, uske upar jana hoga.
