Yeh fund Prime Securities ki subsidiary aur Litmus Global Services ka joint venture hai.
Teesri aur aakhri badi baat private equity se judi hai. Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) ne Lenskart jaise eyewear retailer mein apna kuch stake bech diya hai. Unki ek entity, Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust, ne lagbhag 40 million shares beche hain, jo company ka 2.3% stake banta hai. Is deal ki value ₹1,960 crore hai, yani har share ₹490 mein bikra hai. Exchange data ke hisaab se, yeh shares domestic mutual funds aur dusre institutional investors ne kharide hain.
