📉 Q3 FY'26 mein SMC Global ka Financial Picture

SMC Global Securities ne Q3 FY'26 mein kamaal kar dikhaya hai. Unka consolidated revenue ₹494.8 Crore pe pahuncha, jo pichhle quarter se 12.4% zyada hai. EBITDA bhi ₹102.1 Crore raha, aur EBITDA margin 20.6% pe pahunch gaya, jo 140 bps ka sudhar hai. Profit After Tax (PAT) toh 46.8% QoQ badhkar ₹30.8 Crore ho gaya. Agar poore 9 mahine (9M FY'26) ki baat karein toh revenue ₹1,360.0 Crore, EBITDA ₹286.7 Crore, aur PAT ₹81.8 Crore raha.

Management ka kehna hai ki NBFC segment mein yeh dip koi chinta ki baat nahi hai, balki yeh ek 'deliberate strategic decision' tha. Woh apne portfolio ko churn kar rahe hain aur Micro LAP aur Vanilla programs pe zyada focus kar rahe hain. Isi wajah se AUM mein thodi kami aayi hai, lekin long term mein yeh faydemand hoga.
Aage Kya Hai Plan? Outlook Aur Guidance:
Company ko FY'26 ke liye broking business mein 10-14% growth ki umeed hai. Woh cash aur commodity markets par bhi dhyan denge aur apna ~70% online broking business mein algo trading bhi integrate karne wale hain. Mutual Fund AUM agle kuch saalon mein 20-25% annually badhne ki ummeed hai, aur target hai FY'27 ke end tak ₹6,000 Crore se zyada AUM. NBFC segment mein bhi AUM phir se track pe aayega jab unke strategic changes stabilize ho jayenge. Haal filhaal borrowing cost 10.57% hai aur ismein thodi kami aane ki sambhavna hai.
Risks Aur Naye Mavke:
Sabse bada risk yahi hai ki NBFC segment apna AUM aur profitability kaise recover karta hai strategic adjustments ke baad. Broking aur mutual fund distribution mein competition toh hai hi, aur market volatility bhi ek factor rahegi. Investors yahi dekhenge ki fee-based income streams mein kitni consistent growth aati hai aur NBFC operations mein kitni jaldi sudhar hota hai.
