GIC India Stake Sale
Indian sarkar General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC) mein apna 5% tak ka stake bech rahi hai Offer-For-Sale (OFS) ke through. Is sale ka floor price ₹352 per share rakha gaya hai. Yeh process do hisson mein hai: non-retail investors 16th June ko participate kar sakte hain, aur retail investors 17th June ko. Base offer 2% ka hai, aur demand dekh kar 3% aur becha ja sakta hai.
HCL Tech ka AI Par Bada Move
HCL Technologies ne ek badi investment ki hai, Axonwise Private Limited (jo Sarvam AI ke naam se chalti hai) mein 10.46% stake acquire karke. Deal ki value ₹1,427.25 crore hai. IT companies ke liye AI startups mein invest karna ek strategic move hai taaki woh specialized capabilities build kar sakein aur advanced tech solutions ko integrate kar sakein. Ye acquisition company ko AI aur software infrastructure space mein apni position strong karne ka irada dikhata hai.
Strategic Alliances aur Fundraising
Adani Enterprises ne Jabil Inc. ke saath ek naya strategic alliance announce kiya hai. Is partnership ka aim India mein AI aur data center infrastructure ke liye ek manufacturing platform banana hai. Data center hardware par focus domestic cloud aur computing infrastructure ki badhti demand ke saath match karta hai.
Wahi, State Bank of India (SBI) ne 18th June ko board meeting bulai hai. Bank agle fiscal year 2027 ke liye fundraising options par discuss karne ka plan bana rahi hai. Bade banks ke aise moves generally capital buffers ko boost karne ke liye hote hain, jisse woh credit growth ko support kar sakein aur regulatory capital adequacy requirements ko meet kar sakein.

Bharti Airtel ne Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) mein ek nayi subsidiary, Airtel Global IFSC Limited, set up ki hai. Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services ko board ne ₹1,000 crore tak ke non-convertible debentures (NCDs) private placement se issue karne ki approval di hai.
Craftsman Automation ne ₹2,000 crore ka Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) launch kiya hai, jiska floor price ₹8,966.13 per share hai.
