Is quarter Bajaj Finance ne apne core operations mein solid performance dikhaya hai. Profit Before Tax (PBT) before exceptional items 23% saal-dar-saal badhkar ₹7,102 crore ho gaya, aur Profit After Tax (PAT) bhi 23% badhke ₹5,317 crore pahuncha. Is growth ka main reason hai 22% ka AUM expansion jo ₹4,85,883 crore tak pahunch gaya hai. Is quarter mein hi company ne ₹23,622 crore naye AUM add kiye hain. Net Interest Income (NII) bhi 21% badhkar ₹11,317 crore aur Net Total Income (NTI) 19% badhkar ₹13,875 crore raha.
Reported Profit Par Kyun Laga Thoda Break?
Agar reported figures dekhein toh PBT 6% girkar ₹5,431 crore aur PAT ₹4,066 crore raha. Iski wajah hai ₹1,406 crore ka accelerated Expected Credit Loss (ECL) provision aur gratuity liabilities ke liye ₹265 crore ka one-time charge. Lekin operational efficiency badhi hai, jahan operating expenses to NTI 32.8% ho gaya, jo pichle saal 33.1% tha. Annualised Return on Equity (ROE) sudhar kar 19.6% aur Return on Assets (ROA) 4.6% ho gaya.
Apni subsidiaries mein bhi achha performance raha: Bajaj Housing Finance Limited (BHFL) ka AUM 23% aur PAT 21% badha. Bajaj Financial Securities Limited (BFSL) ka AUM toh 63% aur PAT 74% cha gaya!
Asset Quality Aur Capital Ka Balance
Asset quality stable rahi hai, Gross NPA (GNPA) 1.21% aur Net NPA (NNPA) 0.47% par hai. Capital adequacy 21.45% (Tier-1: 20.60%) par robust hai, aur company ke paas ₹15,081 crore ka substantial liquidity buffer bhi hai. Ye exceptional provisions future growth ke liye balance sheet ko aur mazboot karne ke liye hain.
Nayi AI Strategy: LRS 2026-30
Bajaj Finance ne apna ambitious Long-Range Strategy (LRS) 2026-30 unveil kiya hai. Iska main focus hai AI ko har jagah use karna taaki company India ki sabse low-risk financial services entity bane, technology mein leader ho aur customer-centricity par focus kare. Target hai ki 2030 tak customer base 200-220 million ho jaye aur Product Per Customer (PPC) 6.5-7.5 tak pahunch jaye. Technology mein AI use karke 160-180 million App installs aur 3.5-4.5 billion web visitors ka target hai FY30 tak. Risk management mein bhi AI ka istemal hoga, GNPA ko 1.2% aur NNPA ko 0.4% se neeche rakhne ka aim hai.
Future Outlook
Long-term guidance kaafi aggressive hai: AUM 25-27% CAGR se badhega, profit 23-24% CAGR se badhega. ROA 4.3-4.7% aur ROE 19-21% ka target hai. FY26 mein company 17-18 million naye customers add karne ki ummeed kar rahi hai.
