Company Ka Plan: Appeal Aur No Major Impact
Akums Drugs ka kehna hai ki internal review ke baad unhe lagta hai ki ye tax orders unke finances par zyada asar nahi daalenge. Unhe vishwas hai ki ye demands legal basis par khadi nahi hoti aur iske liye wo proper appeal file karenge. Ye kuch January 2025 mein hue income tax search ke waqt ki situation jaisi hi hai, jab bhi company ne cooperation dikhaya tha aur stock price thoda gira tha.

Regulatory Environment Aur Pichhle Incidents
India mein pharma sector kaafi strict regulatory environment mein chalta hai, jismein Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) jaise bodies ka oversight hota hai. Ye regulations drug quality aur safety ke liye hain, lekin compliance mein challenges bhi la sakte hain. January 2025 mein hue income tax search se market ki sensitivity dikhi thi, jismein stock price 6-7% tak gira tha. Abhi ki demands bhi isi tax authorities ki examination se nikli hain.
