Adani Group ka Logistics aur Power Sector mein Bada Kadam
Adani Group apne logistics aur power sectors ko mazboot kar raha hai Jaiprakash Associates (JAL) ke key assets ko acquire karke.
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) ₹1,500 crore mein Jaypee Fertilizers & Industries (JFIL) ko kharidega. Ismein Kanpur mein logistics parks aur warehousing ke liye lagbhag 243 acres ki zameen hai, jo Adani Ports ke Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) network ko aur failayega.
Adani Power Ki Generation Capacity Mein Izaafa
Adani Power, ₹2,993.59 crore mein Jaiprakash Power Ventures (JPVL) ka 24% stake acquire karega. Saath hi, JAL ka 180 MW thermal power plant Churk mein, usse jude assets aur Prayagraj Power Generation Company Limited mein 11.49% stake bhi ₹1,200 crore mein apne naam karega.
Yeh saare deals NCLT-approved resolution plan ka hissa hain JAL ke liye. Competition Commission of India (CCI) ne plan ko August 2025 mein approve kiya tha. National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) ne ise March 17, 2026 ko approve kiya, aur National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) ne decision ko May 04, 2026 ko confirm kiya. Deal NCLT approval ke 90 din ke andar poori honi chahiye.
Strategic Growth aur Market Position
Adani Power, jo India ki sabse badi private thermal power producer hai, FY32 tak apni generation capacity ko 41.87 GW tak badhane ka plan kar rahi hai, jiske liye ₹2 lakh crore ka capital expenditure hoga. Adani Power ki market capitalization lagbhag ₹4.25 lakh crore hai. Jaiprakash Power Ventures ki valuation kareeb ₹12,900 crore hai. Adani Ports, jiski market cap ₹4.08 lakh crore ke aas paas hai, 2030 tak duniya ka sabse bada port operator banne ka target rakhti hai. Indian logistics market mein e-commerce aur infrastructure development ki wajah se kaafi growth dekhne ko mil sakti hai.
Regulatory Approvals aur Financial Context
Acquisition ko CCI, NCLT, aur NCLAT se approvals mil gayi hain. India ke power sector mein policies mein changes aa rahe hain. Jabki Adani Group 2030 tak apna debt ₹1 lakh crore par limit karne ka aim kar raha hai, uski market capitalization recover ho gayi hai. India ke power distribution companies ki financial health abhi bhi ek challenge bani hui hai.
