GIFT City se 360 ONE ki Global reach badhegi!

360 ONE Asset Management Limited (AMC) ko Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) se 21st May, 2026 ko ek important 'No Objection' letter mil gaya hai. Isse unki poori tarah se owned subsidiary, 360 ONE Global Asset Management (IFSC) Limited (GAM), ab Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) se international wealth aur fund management services start kar sakti hai. Ye strategic move offshore investment solutions ki badhti demand ko poora karne ke liye hai aur GIFT City ke international financial hub hone ka fayda uthane ke liye kiya ja raha hai. 360 ONE, GAM mein zaroori capital inject karne ka plan bana raha hai, jiske baad woh final registration ke liye International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) se contact karenge aur phir apni services launch karenge.

International Clients ke liye Nayi Services

SEBI ki approval ke baad, GAM ab SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 2026 ke under pooled assets manage aur advise kar payegi, jaise ki offshore funds, insurance funds, aur pension funds. Yeh subsidiary Foreign Portfolio Investors ke liye portfolio investments bhi manage karegi aur un funds ko advise karegi jo broadly based nahi hain. Yeh sab cheezein 360 ONE ke existing expertise jaise Wealth Management, Family Office Services, Private Markets, aur Alternative Investments mein add hongi, jisme currently USD 40 billion Assets Under Management, Advice & Custody manage hote hain.

GIFT City: Financial Growth ka Hub

GIFT City mein ek zabardast financial services ecosystem hai, jisme tax aur regulatory advantages bhi hain. Yahan International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) mein operate karne wali companies ko income tax exemption, GST benefits, aur kuch securities par capital gains tax se chhut milti hai. Isse operational costs kam hote hain aur competitiveness badhti hai. IFSCA ki unified oversight regulatory compliance ko bhi easy banati hai. 360 ONE ka GIFT City mein move, Indian wealth management sector ke rapid growth ke sath align ho raha hai, jisme FY2032 tak Assets Under Management (AUM) USD 331 billion se double hone ka andaaza hai.

Competitive Edge ko Mazboot karna

GIFT City mein international presence stabligh karne se 360 ONE ko is badhte financial services hub mein competitive banne mein help milegi. Firm apne Ultra-High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) clients ko global investment diversification offer karne mein zyada capable hogi. Is move ka aim Indian markets mein interest rakhne wale naye international clients ko attract karna bhi hai. Dubai, Singapore, New York, aur Toronto mein existing global presence ke sath, GIFT City mein yeh expansion 360 ONE ke comprehensive global asset aur wealth management provider banne ki strategy ka ek important step hai.
