Sona BLW Precision Forgings ne future ke liye ekdum zabardast planning ki hai! Company **₹62.2 Crore** lagane wali hai taaki **FY28** tak **4.1 million** zyada gears bana sake. Ye step unke Q3 FY26 ke results announce hone ke baad aaya hai, jismein unka revenue **38.2%** badha hai, haalanki profit thoda sa **0.3%** kam hua hai.

Production Power-Up: Gear Capacity Badhegi!

Apne driveline business mein Sona BLW ne ek bada step liya hai. Company ₹62.2 Crore ka investment kar rahi hai taaki gear production capacity ko 4.1 million units se badhaya ja sake. Ye expansion FY2027-28 tak poora hone ki ummeed hai, jisse company ki current saal ki 64.1 million gears ki capacity aur increase ho jayegi. Is plan ka focus electric vehicle (EV) aur traditional vehicle dono markets ki badhti demand ko tackle karna hai. Funding ke liye company internal accruals ya debt use karegi, jo growth manage karne ka ek smart tareeka hai.

Q3 Ka Paisa-Vaisa Kaisa Raha?

FY26 ke Q3 mein company ke liye numbers kuch aise rahe: Net profit mein 0.3% ka chhota sa dip aaya, jo ₹151.1 Crore se kam ho kar ₹150.7 Crore ho gaya. Iska reason mostly other income kam hona aur labour regulations se related ek one-time adjustment tha. Lekin revenue mein toh toofani 38.2% ka growth aaya! Revenue ₹867.9 Crore se badh kar ₹1,199 Crore ho gaya. Yeh boom EV aur conventional vehicle sectors se zyaada volumes aur recent acquisitions ki wajah se possible hua. EBITDA bhi 26% badh kar ₹295.4 Crore ho gaya. Haalanki, EBITDA margins thode kam ho kar 24.6% ho gaye (pehle 27% the), ye cost pressures aur operational cheezon ke karan hua.

Management Mein Bhi Hua Update!

Aur haan, governance mein bhi kuch changes hue hain. Senior Vice President (Legal), Company Secretary, aur Compliance Officer, Ajay Pratap Singh ne resignation de diya hai, effective April 15, 2026. Abhi ek interim compliance measure chal raha hai. Suman Poddar ab Company Secretary aur Key Managerial Personnel bani hain, aur Arjun Singh bane hain Compliance Officer, dono hi April 16, 2026 se effective hain. Suman Poddar ke paas corporate secretarial aur M&A mein 16+ saal ka experience hai, aur Arjun Singh ke paas corporate secretarial aur regulatory compliance mein 9+ saal ka experience hai.
