Kharkhoda Plant Mein Production Shuru, Capacity Crazy Level Pe Badhi!
Maruti Suzuki ne officially apne Kharkhoda plant mein doosre line se production shuru kar diya hai. Isse company ki annual capacity mein 2.5 lakh units ka addition hua hai, jisse total capacity ab saare plants milakar 26.5 lakh units ho gayi hai. Ye sab isliye ho raha hai kyunki market mein demand bahut zyada hai aur company production bottlenecks ko kam karna chahti hai. Plan toh ye hai ki Kharkhoda Suzuki ka duniya mein sabse bada manufacturing facility banega, jo poori tarah operational hone par 10 lakh units per year produce karega. Ye dikhata hai ki Maruti sirf India ke liye nahi, balki global market ke liye bhi production badha rahi hai.
India ab Suzuki ka Global Powerhouse Banega!
Is expansion se Maruti Suzuki, India ko Suzuki ka global manufacturing aur export base banane mein aur mazboot ho jayegi. India ka auto market waise bhi duniya mein teesre number par hai production mein aur FY2027 tak ye 5-7% har saal grow karne ki ummeed hai, jisse total production 5.9 million units tak pahunch sakta hai. Utility Vehicles (UVs) ki demand ek bada reason hai growth ka, jo FY2027 tak market ka 69% hissa ban jayengi. Ab 26.5 lakh units ki capacity ke saath aur 40 lakh units ka target liye, Maruti apne competitors se kaafi tezi se aage badh rahi hai. Socho, Hyundai India 2030 tak 1 million units se zyada produce karne ka soch raha hai, Tata Motors ek naye 250,000-unit facility ke saath 1 million units tak pahunchna chahta hai, aur Mahindra & Mahindra bhi saalana 1 million units se upar jaane ki ummeed kar raha hai.
FY2025-26 mein Maruti Suzuki ne record 23.4 lakh units produce kiye, jo pichle saal se 11.66% zyada hai. Iske saath hi ye Suzuki ka duniya bhar mein sabse zyada produce karne wala facility ban gaya hai. Kharkhoda mein yeh naya capacity addition, Gurugram, Manesar aur Hansalpur ke plants ke saath milkar demand poori karne aur exports badhane mein critical role play karega. Company ne FY27 ke liye record ₹14,000 Crore capital spending bhi allocate ki hai is growth ko fuel karne ke liye.
Challenges Bhi Hain: Costs, Competition Aur Market Shifts
Par bhai, Maruti Suzuki ke saamne kuch challenges bhi hain. Input costs badh gaye hain, specially Middle East ke geopolitics ke karan, jis se profit margins par pressure aa raha hai. Analysts bhi company ki profitability ko lekar thoda worried hain aur margins kam hone ki ummeed par price targets kam kar rahe hain. Competition bhi badh rahi hai, kyunki Hyundai, Tata Motors, aur Mahindra bhi apni manufacturing capabilities badha rahe hain. Indian market mein jo chote SUVs aur compact cars ki demand hai, jahan Maruti ka hold strong hai, woh badalti consumer tastes aur strict emission rules ke karan change ho sakti hai. Aage dekhne toh, Maruti Suzuki ka plan hai ki saalana production capacity 40 lakh units tak pahunchana hai. Ismein Sanand, Gujarat mein planned paanchva manufacturing plant bhi shamil hai, jismein 10 lakh units per year capacity hogi. Yeh expansion plan India ke Suzuki ke global manufacturing aur export center hone ke role ko aur mazboot karega, jaisa ki e-Vitara model ko 100 se zyada deshon mein produce karne ke plan se pata chalta hai. Analysts predict kar rahe hain ki Maruti Suzuki ki earnings aur revenue 10-12% har saal grow kar sakti hai. Profit margins bhi dheere-dheere improve honge, jo raw material prices aur global economic conditions par depend karega. Capacity badhane par ye focus company ke liye bahut important hai taaki woh market mein apna lead maintain kar sake aur global supply chain issues aur auto industry mein changes se deal kar sake.
