Kya Ho Raha Hai?

Chennai ki auto component maker MM Forgings ne ₹230 crore ka bada investment karne ka plan banaya hai. Is paison se woh ek 16,500-tonne ki hot forging press buy karke install karenge. Company ka kehna hai ki ye press industry ki sabse badi presses mein se ek hogi. Is saal ke end tak iska start hone ka umeed hai.

Ye expansion company ki total manufacturing capacity ko 1.2 lakh tonne se badha kar 1.5 lakh tonne se zyada karne ka hissa hai. Is machine se company 170 kg se zyada ke axle beams aur 300 kg tak ke crankshafts jaise heavy components bana payegi, jo global heavy-truck manufacturers ko cater karenge.

Growth Ka Strategy

MM Forgings ka FY27 tak ₹2,000 crore revenue ka target hai. Ye growth heavy commercial vehicle parts ki demand ko pakadne par depend karta hai. FY26 mein company ka standalone revenue ₹1,570 crore ke aas-paas tha. ₹2,000 crore tak pahunchna domestic aur international dono markets mein CV segments ki steady demand par nirbhar karta hai.
