India Auto Sector: Govt ka Action Plan! West Asia Supply Fears ke chalte EV pe zor, Factories ko Electric karne ka hukm
Overview

Arre yaar, suno! New Delhi se auto sector ke liye ek badi khabar hai. Govt chahti hai ki factories mein tel (oil) ki jagah ab bijli se kaam ho. West Asia mein jo supply chain ka scene bigda hua hai na, uske karan yeh kadam uthaya ja raha hai. Ministry of Heavy Industries ne kaha hai ki energy bachao, production ko set karo, aur HDPE, UHSS jaise naye materials bhi try karo.

Boss ka Order: EV Shift Tezi se Karo!

MHI (Ministry of Heavy Industries) ne saaf keh diya hai auto companies ko ki bhai, jitni jaldi ho sake, oil-based fuels ko bye-bye karke factories mein bijli (electricity) use karna shuru karo jahan possible ho. Ye sab West Asia mein jo energy supply mein gadbad chal rahi hai na, usko dekh kar kiya gaya hai taaki industry safe rahe.

Production Line ka Jugaad: Waste kam karo!

Sirf energy source hi nahi, ministry ne production schedule ko optimize karne ko bhi kaha hai. Matlab, jab machines khali khadi hon, tab fuel waste nahi hona chahiye. Goal ye hai ki non-productive time mein energy ki barbaadi ruke aur pura manufacturing system better ho. Isse supply disruptions se bhi bachav hoga.

Naye Materials ka Scene: Supply Chain ko Mazboot Banane Ke Liye

Raw material ki kami, khaas kar ke aluminum ki, is par bhi baat hui hai. Companies ko bola gaya hai ki agar ho sake toh recycled aluminum use karo. Advisory mein yeh bhi bola gaya hai ki non-critical parts mein alag alag materials use karne ko explore karo. Jaise ki High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC), Ultra High Strength Steel (UHSS), aur Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) composites. Ye sab karne se aluminum par pressure kam hoga, agar final product ki quality par koi fark na pade.

Aage Kya? Industry Ka Future Plan

Industry ke experts keh rahe hain ki ye govt ka ek smart move hai taaki sector ko global problems se bachaya ja sake. Isse energy efficient aur resource-optimized manufacturing ki taraf zor diya ja raha hai, jo desh ki energy security aur sustainability goals ke liye bhi achha hai.
