Bihar Sarkar ne pakka irada kar liya hai ki ab desh mein EV aur AI ka naya scene yahan se banega! Unhone apni Electric Vehicle policy ko update kiya hai aur target set kiya hai ki saal 2030 tak sabhi new vehicle sales mein se 30% electric honi chahiye. Ye pichle 15% by 2028 wale target se kaafi upar hai.

Aur Kya Hai Policy Mein?
Government commercial EVs jaise goods vehicles aur two-wheelers par zyada incentives de rahi hai. Plus, mahilaon dwara khareedi jaane wali four-wheelers par bhi special offers hain, jisse employment aur women empowerment dono badhe. Charging stations banane ke liye bhi PM E-DRIVE scheme ka support mil raha hai, jiske liye ₹10,900 crore ka budget hai 2024-2026 ke liye. Yeh scheme logon ki range anxiety door karne mein help karegi. Waise, recent data ke according, Bihar mein EV registrations 113% badh gaye hain FY 2024-25 mein, jo ki 23,096 units hain, mostly two-wheelers. Yeh customers ka badhta interest dikhata hai.

AI Ka Bhi Scene Set!
EVs ke saath saath, Bihar Artificial Intelligence Mission bhi launch kar raha hai. Singapore ki company GFTN ke saath milkar, woh AI talent develop karenge aur innovation ko badhava denge. Ismein 7,000 students ke liye 5 saal ka advanced AI training program hoga. Ek naya AI platform bhi banega, Aryabhata Technology Observatory, jo 100 se zyada startups ko support karega. Yeh sab IndiaAI Mission, jo ₹10,300 crore ka national program hai, uske sath align karta hai.

Par, Challenges Bhi Kam Nahi!
Itne ambitious plans ke bawajood, Bihar ke EV goals ko bade challenges face karne pad rahe hain, jaise poore India mein. Sabse badi dikkat hai charging stations ki kami aur woh bhi consistently kaam karne wale. Desh mein per EV charger ki संख्या globally bahut kam hai. Aur cities ke bahar toh situation aur bhi kharab hai. Electric cars abhi bhi petrol waali gaadiyon se kaafi mehngi hain, subsidies se bhi poora price gap cover nahi ho paata. India parts ke liye imported cheezon par depend karta hai, jisse supply chain mein risk rehta hai. Pichli baar EV targets three-wheelers ki wajah se poore hue the, par ab two-wheelers aur four-wheelers ko push karna hoga. AI mission ke liye bhi expert talent lana aur tech ki tezi se badalti duniya mein results dikhana ek bada kaam hai. Aur haan, state employees ke liye Dearness Allowance badhane se budget par bhi thoda pressure aa sakta hai, jo in projects ki funding ko affect kar sakta hai.

Aage Kya?
Bihar ke ye targets dikhate hain ki woh future ke liye ready ho raha hai. PM E-DRIVE aur IndiaAI Mission jaise national programs ka fayda mil sakta hai. Lekin success iss baat par depend karega ki Bihar kitni jaldi infrastructure banata hai, EVs ko affordable karta hai aur dono fields mein skilled log taiyar karta hai. Agar ye barriers nahi toote, toh 2030 ka target aur AI-driven economy ka dream shayad poora na ho paye.
