Toh bhaiyo aur behno, Ashok Leyland ne January 2026 mein apne numbers release kar diye hain aur yeh sales figures pichhle saal ke muqable 27% zyada hain. Matlab, 21,920 units bikri hui jabki pichhle saal isi mahine sirf 17,213 units bikri thi.
Iske pichhe sabse bada reason hai domestic market mein shandaar performance. Yahan sales 31% badhi hai, aur figures 20,079 units par pahunch gaye hain. Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicles (MHCV) segment mein domestic sales 30% badhi hain, total 12,833 units hui. Aur Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) segment bhi peeche nahi raha, yeh 33% badhkar 7,246 units tak pahunch gaya.
Sabse interesting baat yeh hai ki desh ke doosre bade players bhi aise hi numbers dikha rahe hain. Tata Motors ne bhi apni commercial vehicle sales mein 30% ka growth record kiya hai aur Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles bhi 24.9% upar gaya hai.
Union Budget 2026-27 ka bhi is growth mein role dekha ja raha hai. Infrastructure aur manufacturing par jo focus hai, usse commercial vehicles ki demand aur badhne ki ummeed hai. EV battery production ke liye bhi incentives mil rahe hain.
Stock market ki baat karein toh, January 2026 mein Ashok Leyland ka share ₹180 se ₹199 ke beech mein fluctuate ho raha tha. Company ki market cap lagbhag ₹1.1 trillion hai aur P/E ratio 32.6-42.8 TTM ke aas paas hai.
UBS ke analysts toh waise bhi 'Buy' rating de rahe hain aur target price ₹225 rakha hai. Unko lagta hai ki company ki fundamentals aur performance ke hisab se valuation aur sudhar sakti hai.
Aur ek update, company mein management changes bhi hue hain. Jasmeet Bhatia 27 January 2026 se President & Head–HR ka charge sambhal rahe hain.
